按异常类型筛选: 重复eventId/delta>300/capped/timestamp偏差/sequence乱序/closed缺失/active超时/position非法/material不存在/删除仍上报。支持导出。

M-ADMIN-INFO 里程碑 issue。依赖 API-ADMIN-INFO-xxx 接口。
