- Add CleanupJob Prisma model
- Create BackupService with backup/cleanup job tracking
- Create BackupController (AAPI: GET jobs, POST trigger backup, GET cleanup, POST cleanup)
- Supports cleanup types: soft-delete, api-metrics, task-logs
