当前有 markAsRead 但需接 V2。调用 pushMarkedAsReadV2。eventId/clientSessionId/materialId 正确。activeSecondsDelta=0。eventType→marked_as_read。依赖 IOS-INFO-005。

M-IOS-INFO v3 里程碑 issue。
