目标

顶部显示当前 scope 信息，替代当前只显示 KB 名的导航标题。

展示规则

knowledge_base: 知识库名 / 提问范围：整个知识库
material: 资料名 / 提问范围：当前资料
knowledge_item: 知识点名 / 提问范围：当前知识点
folder: 分类名 / 提问范围：当前分类

实现

navigationTitle 显示学习对象名，副标题显示 scope 描述
