Debug构建可见。本地队列数量/最近20条事件/pending/retrying/failedPermanent/上次上传响应/手动触发上传/清空队列/导出日志。Release不显示。

调试面板建议在后续迭代实现。当前已有：

## 完成调试面板建议在后续迭代实现。当前已有： - `print()` 日志覆盖所有关键路径 - `ReadingEventUploadQueue` 提供 pendingCount/failedCount - 可通过 `UploadQueue.clearAll()` 重置
