目标

补齐 Markdown block 结构的稳定性测试，确保后续 position、anchor、AI 分析可依赖 blockId。覆盖 heading/paragraph/list/nested list/code block/table/image/link/empty line/long document。blockId 稳定，相同内容重复解析 blockId 一致。
