设计 EPUB 支持方案。

需要明确：EPUB 是否进入 NativeReader、Rust 是否解析 OPF/spine/nav、章节 HTML 是否交给 WebView/原生渲染、阅读位置如何表达、EPUB 是否支持目录

输出：docs/epub-strategy.md

验收标准：文档存在、方案明确、有格式支持路径
