docs/reading-event-v2-api-mapping.md。字段映射表：event_id→eventId, client_session_id→clientSessionId, material_id→materialId, active_seconds_delta→activeSecondsDelta。明确 Rust 不生成 readingTargetType，iOS 补 platform/appVersion/timezone。

M-DOC-FULL v2 里程碑 issue。
